Levi Mielke Awarded FBG’s 2025 Omaha District Employee of the Year

FBG Facility Services is happy to recognize Levi Mielke as the 2025 Employee of the Year for the Omaha District. Levi returned to FBG six months ago and has already made a strong impact through his leadership, dedication and commitment to teamwork.
Levi leads a team of six cleaning specialists at the Missouri Valley rest stops, where he consistently demonstrates a willingness to take on additional responsibility. He is always ready to help where needed and has shown interest in continuing to grow within FBG. His positive attitude and strong work ethic set an example for his team each day.
Levi is known for his honesty and integrity in everything he does. In daily interactions, his supervisor has never questioned his trustworthiness. He understands that success comes from working together as a team and approaches his role with respect and loyalty toward his coworkers and the company.
He has also shown strong problem-solving skills while managing the unique challenges of the rest stop locations. During a week with several operational challenges, Levi had to modify schedules every day to ensure coverage. This required careful planning and coordination with multiple team members.
One of Levi’s most meaningful contributions has been building his team. He successfully recruited an entire crew for the Missouri Valley rest stops and turned what is often a hectic operation into a smooth and well organized one. His leadership has helped create stability and consistency at these locations.
Outside of work, Levi is married to his wife, Sarah, and they have three children.
Levi Mielke’s dedication and leadership make him a deserving recipient of the Omaha District Employee of the Year award. His work represents the high standards and values FBG strives to uphold every day.
