Kymberly has proven herself to be more than a team player—she’s a leader. As a floater and trainer, she has taken the initiative to mentor new hires, providing them with the training and support they need to acclimate to FBG’s culture and processes. By guiding team members through their onboarding experience, Kymberly demonstrates a strong commitment to team development and a willingness to go above and beyond her role.
Kymberly’s upbeat and focused demeanor sets a tone for the entire team.
