Designating a central location for trash collection throughout the day and handling disposal in one efficient trip. This has significantly increased productivity for both her team and the site.

Through her relentless hard work, dedication and consistently positive attitude, Rita Ramos has played a pivotal role in securing new accounts and strengthening client relationships.
One of Rita’s most notable successes is her work at the SWBC building, where she was instrumental in building a strong rapport with the company. Thanks to her exceptional efforts and attention to detail, Pingora, a new company leasing space in the SWBC building, selected FBG as their cleaning service provider. However, Rita’s impact didn’t stop there. When Pingora expanded into a larger space, they were so impressed with the quality of service she provided that they made it a “non-negotiable requirement” for FBG to continue as their cleaning service provider. This level of client trust and loyalty is a direct reflection of Rita’s ability to exceed expectations and build lasting relationships.
