FBG Facility Services Welcomes Stacie Jensen as New Vice President of Human Resources
FBG Facility Services is pleased to announce Stacie Jensen as our new Vice President of Human Resources. With over 20 years of HR leadership experience across both public and private sectors, Stacie brings a wealth of expertise to her new role, where she will lead FBG’s HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, standardize practices and cultivate a positive, values-driven culture across all locations.
Most recently, Stacie served as Director of Human Resources for the City of Council Bluffs where she advised senior leadership on workforce planning, labor relations and performance management. Her career includes roles as Director of HR at Hansen-Mueller Co. and HR Manager at American Title, Inc., where she developed strategies to increase operational efficiency and improve retention.

Stacie holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Buena Vista University, which has fueled her strategic approach to HR management. She also holds certification in Predictive Index, LEAN Management and Six Sigma.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Stacie is actively involved in her community, frequently volunteering with organizations such as New Visions Homeless Services and the Care and Share program. She enjoys spending time with her family and remains dedicated to her church community.
