Monica Colvin embodies FBG’s commitment to quality through her dedication, strong work ethic and genuine care for staff and students. She takes full ownership of her work, ensuring the school remains a clean, welcoming and safe environment for everyone.
Time and time again, Monica has stepped up to cover all aspects of cleaning at the school. From managing daily cleaning tasks to covering mealtimes, opening the school and performing deep cleans during summer break, she goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her willingness to help does not go unnoticed. Faculty and students adore her, and she always takes the extra step to make sure they are taken care of.
Monica’s positivity and dedication shine through in every interaction. She has truly made the school her own, taking full responsibility for its cleanliness and creating an environment where staff and students can thrive. Her outstanding work and commitment to customer satisfaction make her an invaluable member of both the BHASED and FBG teams.
Jennifer Fernandez

She takes immense pride in her work, ensuring that every task is completed to the highest standard. Jennifer’s willingness to go the extra mile, her keen eye for detail and her positive attitude make her an invaluable member of the team.
In July 2024, Jennifer’s team was tasked with deep cleaning Raymond Corporation. Jennifer went above and beyond to make the facility shine. She worked on her hands and knees, scrubbing away built-up grime and ensuring every surface met the highest standards. Jennifer made full use of the tools available, collaborating with the facilities team to secure additional resources. Utilizing the doodle scrub and specialized cleaning solutions, she and the team tackled every challenge with determination and precision.
Jennifer is always ready to lend a hand and takes on every task with a positive attitude. She works efficiently, remains approachable to Raymond staff and takes the initiative to address issues before they become problems. Her loyalty, strong work ethic and willingness to grow make her an asset to FBG.
Timothy Frederick
Warehouse Manager at the Quad Cities Office

Timothy Frederick has made a tremendous impact as FBG’s Warehouse Manager in the Quad Cities, demonstrating an commitment to efficiency, organization and continuous improvement. His dedication to maintaining a clean and well-organized warehouse has greatly enhanced operations, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly.
One of Tim’s most significant contributions has been streamlining the laundry process, guaranteeing that the team receives clean supplies within 24 hours. His attention to detail and proactive approach have helped improve workflow and keep everything running seamlessly. Additionally, Tim works closely with the Internal Manager to identify cost-saving opportunities, making strategic decisions when ordering parts and supplies to maximize efficiency and reduce expenses.
Darius McCray

Darius McCray embodies the values of ethics and integrity in everything he does. Every day, he arrives with a positive attitude, ready to take on any task with a smile on his face, setting an outstanding example for his team members. His dedication, reliability and kindness make him an invaluable member of the FBG team.
Darius is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever needed. One example of his commitment is his proactive approach to cleaning hard-to-reach areas, such as the high window ledges at Palmer College. Due to his height, he takes it upon himself to ensure these areas are maintained, going above and beyond his daily responsibilities. This attention to detail is just one of the many ways Darius demonstrates his strong work ethic and pride in his role.
Beyond his exceptional work, Darius is a true team player who treats his colleagues like family. He is always there to encourage, support and uplift his teammates, creating a positive and welcoming work environment. His professionalism and kindness are contagious, inspiring those around him to adopt the same dedication and respect in their work. His presence makes Palmer College not just a clean and safe space, but also a better place to work.

Elsa is more than just an administrative assistant, she is a mentor and leader, always available to coach, guide and support her colleagues. Whether it’s training new employees, resolving challenges or lending a helping hand, she embodies professionalism and commitment in every aspect of her role.
