Employees involved in a workplace incident must complete the incident packet as soon as possible. This documentation is critical for record-keeping, initiating proper treatment and meeting regulatory requirements.
Investigating Causes
Every incident is an opportunity to learn. By identifying root causes, we can make informed changes that reduce risk and strengthen workplace safety.
Proper Treatment Protocols
