We recently received a powerful message from Clayton Lea at Collins Aerospace, sharing just how transformational Jimmy’s leadership has been. After stepping into the role of site leader for FBG, Jimmy quickly proved that trust, respect and a hands-on approach are the foundation of high-performing teams.
“Jimmy has truly blown us all away here at the plant with his tactile skills and positive, productive personality that rubs off on everyone he comes in contact with,” Clayton shared. “He leads by example and not so much by commands.”
From day one, Jimmy has made it a point to work alongside his team, getting into the trenches, polishing floors and checking in regularly with department managers to ensure nothing is overlooked. His attention to detail and people-first approach have had a ripple effect across the facility. Employees are taking pride in their work, production has improved and the standard of cleanliness has been elevated to new heights.
