Twin Cities District 2017 Employee of the Year, Franklin Portillo

On the FBG team since 2012, Franklin has proven to be innately flexible and always willing to help. He keeps a close eye on supplies and brings his great ideas on how the team can better manage them.

In addition to working hard and making sure the customer is satisfied, Franklin’s attitude towards work is what highlights him the most. He appreciates his work and when he is recognized, he always says, “I am happy with the company. I work hard to deserve my pay. It’s my job to do a good job.” He makes sure he deserves each paycheck that he receives. He shares his attitude with other employees, creating a positive work environment.

In his spare time, you’ll find Franklin making car repairs for anyone in need and enjoying spending time with family and friends.
