Healthy Posture at Your Desk
We’ve all heard these tips before, but it’s worth a quick reminder. Whether you’re at a desk or on your feet, being mindful of posture and movement helps keep your body supported, safe and feeling its best. These small changes throughout your day can make a big difference in comfort, focus and preventing strain.
Chair & Lower Back: Adjust your seat for good lower-back support. Add a small pillow if needed. Don’t shrug and sit up straight.
Knees & Feet: Keep knees at a 90° angle and feet flat on the floor.
Monitor & Eyes: Position your screen at eye level and adjust brightness and contrast for clear, comfortable viewing.
Wrists: Keep wrists straight while typing or using a mouse. Use a wrist rest if needed.
Move Often: Even with proper setup, staying in one position too long can cause stiffness. Change positions and stretch regularly throughout the day.

Fun Fact!
Taking just two minutes to stretch every hour helps improve circulation, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to your muscles and brain. These short breaks are called micro-breaks. So, next time you feel a little stiff or sluggish, stand up, stretch and give your body the boost it deserves!
