FBG President Terri Gogetap

As I look back on my 40 years with FBG, I have a real sense of pride. Floorbrite (FBG’s previous name) was different all along. This was true even before we became employee-owned. Early on I saw people who cared about what they did and the customers we served. Even our customers were proud of what they could do to help us grow as a company. It was a family and everyone was part of the family, and I wanted to be part of the FBG family, too. What brings me the most joy is that these things hold true even in today’s environment. This is a great place to be.  I didn’t want to be anywhere else then, nor do I now. This is where I belong.
