Independence Day is a time to reflect on everything that makes America the land of opportunity. The ability for employees to own a part of the company they work for is an important part of what makes our country successful. And, it is a big part of what makes FBG special.

It’s an inspiring story and it’s good to know that Wayne Simmonds was right to establish an ESOP for FBG – it’s the foundation of our success.
