Thank you to for your immediate reaction to our emergency cleaning request. Within 24 minutes of request, the Site Supervisor and Day Porters met with our Facilities Leader to get the initial scope of work and formulate a timeline to execute an unplanned deep cleaning of our Distribution Warehouse. The Site Supervisor and the J&J Facilities Leader were in constant contact to define scope and timelines. The supervisor then communicated the information to the Day Porters. The following morning, an additional follow-up was made to ensure everything was completed per instructions.

FBG reacted quickly and had a plan to provide porters and materials to complete this emergency request for J&J. Another GREAT job by FBG and we at J&J want to thank FBG for completing this with no down time to our operations.
