Several techs have reached out to me about your Cleaning Specialist, Lisa Graves, who cleans the clinic lab. They raved about her and said that she’s friendly and does an amazing job cleaning. She enters through our backdoor which is greatly appreciated since the front door is for patients. She is very polite and is always mindful to park her cart so that it doesn’t impede our workflow or block the patients pathway. She’s aware of her surroundings, so as we move around the lab doing our work, she will go to a different area to clean and never gets annoyed that we may accidentally get in her way. My techs wanted you to know what an awesome employee you have in Lisa, she is probably the best cleaner we have had.
