Chet takes pride in his work and he makes sure the Pit, restrooms, and glass all look fantastic each day. We appreciate that he can be depended on to take care of everything when management might be off campus. Chet goes above and beyond to do a great job each day. Thank you, Chet!

People Development and Empowerment
Margie is a quintessential owner and Site Supervisor at SWBC. She understands her customers and meets with them daily to discuss their unique needs and any special requirements they may have. Her ongoing inspection continues to help FBG and her staff improve. While cleaning and leading by example throughout her tasks, Margie also trains her facility’s cleaning staff. When Margie’s technicians move onto other programs, they are successful because of Margie’s training and direct supervision. She continues to build bench strength, not just with her customer and staff in mind, but with FBG’s continued growth in mind. Thank you, Margie, for all you do!
