Alyssa Nichols Named FBG’s 2025 Minnesota District Employee of the Year

FBG Facility Services is proud to recognize Alyssa Nichols as the 2025 Employee of the Year for the Minnesota District. Alyssa has been with FBG for two and a half years and brings dedication, pride and a positive attitude to the River Falls, Wisconsin police station. Alongside her work at FBG, she is also a part time student studying environmental science and conservation.

Alyssa is known for her willingness to go above and beyond her regular duties. She looks for solutions when challenges arise and is always ready to help wherever she is needed. She understands how important communication is and makes sure concerns or updates are shared promptly so issues can be addressed quickly and effectively.

One of Alyssa’s most outstanding qualities is her reliability and attitude. She consistently shows up ready to work on time and with a positive mindset. She is also more than willing to step in when needed, even on holidays, to make sure work gets done.

At the police station, staff have consistently shared positive feedback about Alyssa. They know that when they ask for something to be addressed, it will be handled efficiently and effectively, which reflects the trust she has built with our clients.

Outside of work, Alyssa volunteers picking up trash in local parks. She enjoys sewing, live music, spending time with her cats and being with her family. She also has a twin brother, and much of her family lives in Madison, Wisconsin.

Alyssa’s pride in her work and commitment to communication make her a deserving recipient of the Minnesota District Employee of the Year award.
