FBG 2024 Minnesota Employee of the Year Goes to Dario Arrenchu

In Minnesota, Dario Arrenchu stands tall as a custodial veteran with 23 years of experience, 12 of which have been dedicated to FBG.

Dario’s commitment to continuous improvement is evident in his eagerness for on-the-job training. Over the past year, he has expanded his role to oversee multiple floor and carpet projects, gaining proficiency in inspections, work orders, equipment maintenance and start-ups for new buildings.

A true team player, Dario values others by exemplifying respect, punctuality and a strong work ethic. His leadership by example in the field, coupled with effective communication with the operations team, sets him apart as a reliable and collaborative colleague.

Dario’s curiosity fuels his desire for knowledge, prompting him to seek answers and embrace challenges as learning opportunities. Drawing from his extensive custodial experience, he provides valuable insights into project efficiencies and cleaning techniques and confronts adversity with a determined mindset.

As Dario stepped into a lead role, his initiative to understand FBG’s cleaning practices and day-to-day operations has grown exponentially. His journey at FBG reflects a blend of a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a commitment to continued education—core values that define FBG.

Dario’s commitment to personal growth extends beyond the professional realm. As a proud immigrant from Mexico, he recently completed an intensive English course through FBG. He and his wife, Maribel, have two sons named Dario Jr. and Jordan. In the summer, Dario enjoys playing with his youngest son in the park, shopping with his family and grilling carne asada.
